Bike Rental on Rallarvegen – Join our Passionate Team!

Are you a bike enthusiast who loves tinkering with bikes? Do you have experience with bike repairs and maintenance, and perhaps even with Shimano gears and brakes? Are you available from July to September and able to speak English? If so, we have an exciting job opportunity for you!

We are a bike rental company with locations at Haugastøl, Finse, and Flåm, along the beautiful Rallarvegen, a popular biking route. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the summer season. While experience with e-bikes and Shimano gears and brakes is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our bike repairs and maintenance. We take pride in providing well-maintained bikes to our customers, and your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be highly valued.

In addition to performing bike repairs, maintenance, and inspections, you will also provide excellent customer service and guidance to our international customers in English. At times, our days can get busy, so an ability to work at a brisk pace and enjoy a bit of hustle and bustle is a definite plus!

We even have the option for you to rent accommodation if needed. Join us in the breathtaking surroundings of Rallarvegen at our Haugastøl, Finse, or Flåm locations and be a part of our team that is committed to delivering top-notch bike repair quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience with bike repairs and maintenance
• Familiarity with e-bikes and Shimano gears and brakes (preferred but not required)
• English communication skills (bonuspoints if you speek Norwegian or another Scandinavian language).
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work at a brisk pace during busy periods
